Tailored Learning Community Care is the heart of our community — a not-for-profit space where people of all abilities and ages come together to learn, grow, and connect.
We believe learning happens best in an environment filled with creativity, care, and inclusion. Our programs bring people together through a variety of activities — from day options for people with disabilities to fitness sessions, gardening, youth workshops, and sound or video production projects.
