TLCC delivers professional creative and digital services through a social enterprise model that supports sustainable community impact. We work with businesses, community organisations, churches, and social initiatives to provide high-quality website design, graphic design, and audio-visual production that helps ideas, stories, and organisations grow.

Our approach combines practical industry experience with a strong commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and collaboration. Every project is handled with care, clarity, and purpose — from initial concept through to delivery.

Income generated from our services is reinvested into TLCC’s community inclusion and creative programs, as well as our community outreach initiatives, including feeding people experiencing homelessness in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. These programs support people with disabilities and diverse backgrounds to participate, build skills, and express themselves through creative platforms.

We offer market rates for businesses and community rates for eligible organisations. Optional donations are welcome but never required.
